Introduction


The Group will not deal with any specific problem between a particular patient and a particular practitioner, for which other channels exist.


The Group will be able to consider any representations made to it on any matter within its competence by individual patients or groups of patients and will make recommendations to the Practice for action to be taken where possible. Patients are encouraged to bring to the notice of the Group anything that they would like the Group to consider. They can do this, anonymously if they wish, by:

Flu Vaccine season


If you are aged 65 or over, or suffer from chronic disease (such as heart, lung, liver, kidney or neurological disease) have diabetes, a weak immune system or if you are pregnant, then you may be at risk from flu.   Ask  about a Flu Vaccination now. Hampshire Health Record


The Clift surgery supported by the Clift Patients Participation Group has joined the Hampshire Health Record. This is a central store of patient medical and social care information for people living in Hampshire held on a secure computer managed by the NHS in Southampton. It will enable healthcare professionals to access up-to-date patient records 24/7 from any access point in hospitals and clinics in Hampshire. However, you have the right to opt out. Patients Representative Group (was

Under a new NHS initiative, the practice needs to set up an online group to offer views on what  mix of services would best serve our particular community.
